Delivery Timescale

Packages are generally dispatched as soon as the product is ready to ship however due to majority of products being ‘Made to Order’, we have to allow enough time to complete all processes before shipping. Unfortunately, this also includes the drying time of any finishing treatments where required, which can notably lengthen the manufacture time. As a result, we generally advise up to 21 days after order acknowledgement, for customer receipt of order for clocks and dials.

For our range or oak hook products, we aim to have the products customised and shipped in around 5-7 days.

For some products with complex production processes and/or epoxy additives, this can be up to 28 days to ensure all products have cured enough to ship. For products where this is the case, this is specified in the products own details section on the main product page.

Delivery Cost

For all shipping & delivery, we operate a standard cost policy of £3.95 for wall hooks and £4.95 for all our clock and dial products.

Delivery Tracking

We currently have a number of delivery partners that may be used to complete the delivery of your purchase. Following the dispatch of your order, you will be notified of courier and any tracking information available regarding your delivery.
