TIDE MOVEMENT CLOCKS

The Tide Phase clock, consisting of a single handed movement, has a rotation cycle of 12 hours and 25 minutes to match the standard Semidiurnal tide cycle available around many areas of the UK. Not all UK coastline tide patterns are compatible with this tide clock, therefore please confirm your desired location is compatible before purchase. Please also be aware that because of the many factors that influence the timing of the tidal patterns, the actual Tide can drift both forward and backward of the standard cycle by up to around 30%, but will average out and fall back into sync at various points throughout, and at completion of, the 29.5 day lunar cycle.
